Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with OUTLET. We take care in curating and delivering products through our online store. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
 

  • The item arrived damaged
     

  • The item received was incorrect
     

  • The item has a major defect
     

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
     

  • A description of the issue
     

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
     

We will review your request and advise on the next steps.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:
 

  • Change of mind
     

  • Incorrect sizing or preferences
     

  • Minor variations in handmade or small-batch products
     

  • Slight colour differences due to screen display
     

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional periods (unless damaged)
     

Many of the items available through OUTLET are produced in small batches or handmade, and slight variations may occur as part of the nature of these products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:
 

  • A replacement item (if available)
     

  • Store credit
     

  • A refund to the original payment method
     

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
 

  • A damaged item
     

  • An incorrect item sent by us
     

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
