Thank you for shopping with OUTLET. We aim to deliver your orders as smoothly as possible while working with independent artists and small-batch products.
Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. All orders are dispatched on our scheduled delivery days:
 

  • Monday
     

  • Friday
     

This schedule excludes public holidays. Orders placed after dispatch cut-off times will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Malaysia
     

  • Singapore
     

  • Indonesia
     

If you are located outside these regions, please contact directly us at hellooutletkl@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange your order where possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Malaysia

 

  • 2–5 business days after dispatch
     

Singapore & Indonesia
 

  • 5–10 business days after dispatch
     

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Fragile & Handmade Items

Many products available on OUTLET are handmade, small-batch, or fragile in nature. We take care to package items securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:

 

  • Your order number
     

  • Photos of the damaged item
     

  • Photos of the packaging
     

We will review the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, OUTLET cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the courier.

Delays may occur due to:

 

  • Courier service disruptions
     

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
     

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
     

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. OUTLET is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hellooutletkl@gmail.com and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier service.
